What was the highlight of Hotel Trusty Nagoya Shirakawa
We loved it! Convenient getting in and out.
We stayed with family and a preschooler for one night before driving up to Gifu and Toyama. The hotel was well within walking distance of Osu shopping street and the science museum, which was most welcome at the end of our first day after our flight. The hotel also accepted our luggage delivery from the airport. Multiple nearby Izakaya's, konbinis and shopping centres to stock up on provisions. The next day, we loaded our baggage into the rentals from the Toyota Rent A Car which was just opposite the hotel and off we went!
Be warned that the lobby is up a flight of stairs. There is a single escalator which may or may not be in your favour (they change the direction).

A great location in Nagoya surrounded but good restaurants. We were kindly upgraded to a better room which was very spacious and comfortable!

Easy and Convenient
The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Lovely size of the room and closely located to everything.
The delivery of breakfast in bento boxes which has to be eaten in your rooms as they don’t have space. We didn’t pick up our boxes even if we paid for it as eating in our room wasn’t a preference

Exceptional
The hotel really exceeded my expectations. Very beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel in a great area of Nagoya, with multiple convenience stores nearby and metro station as well. Price was excellent, great deal to be honest given the quality of the hotel. Staff were suoer friendly and helpful.
